Baldur's Gate 3 Coming to Xbox Sooner Thanks to Phil Spencer

Baldur's Gate 3's massive success continues as Larian Studios confirms the game will arrive on Xbox Series X and S consoles sooner than expected. Microsoft's Phil Spencer personally intervened to allow the game to release on both consoles, with the Series S version shipping without split-screen co-op functionality. The Series X version will retain the full feature set. This compromise allows Xbox players to jump into the critically acclaimed RPG later this year, rather than in 2024 as initially projected.
